Olive Mixes

	Tuscan Spice Balsamic Olives 10 oz. (drain weight) $4.75 per jar My first taste of this blend brought on an ""Oh my God" reaction. In the same jar you'll find crisp green sevillanos along with the later harvested black sevillanos and black manzanillas, which are not crisp, but are so full of flavor, you'll appreciate their inclusion. The different ways they absorb the spices leads to a lot of variety within the jar. The balsamic vinegar doesn't overpower, even in the riper olives. To bring a little hint of Northern Italy, there's a touch of clove, again, very subtle. Both Cynthia and Maurice Penna had a hand in bringing this blend to fruition. The different olives were cured seperately, only being brought together to get a Tuscan flavor and a touch of aged balsamic vinegar. 	Italian Deli Mix 10 oz. (drain weight) $3.75 per jar Our deli mix is a blend of several olives in a pitted  presentation with California and Greek peppers for color and flavor.  Click the image to the left to view larger image.
	Roman Olive Salad 10 oz. (drain weight) $3.85 per jar Premium olives, cauliflower, carrots, pearl onions, red bell petters, and an old world recipe with red wine vinegar, simply delicious. It makes for a wonderful presentation at a party, a festive collection of colors accompanied by an equally varied mix of flavors and textures.  Click the image to the left to view larger image.
	Late Harvest Mix 10 oz. (drain weight) $4.40 per jar A combination of four varieties harvested at their peak maturity, processed separately, then combined to create a marriage of their flavors.  Click the image to the left to view larger image.
