Here we are at the backend of summer, most of the kids are returning to school. But more importantly, Fresh olives are growing, and it is almost that time again. For us, that means a lot of planning, coordination, work, and much more. For you, it is time for you to break out your curing supplies, or maybe add more supplies so you can cure even more olives this year. We had a heavy bloom this last season and just when things were looking up, the wind picked up and blew much of the pollen down the road. While some Orchards have a nice olive count, others are lower than average. We are happy to announce Super Colossal Fresh Green Olives will be available, in addition to our regular sizes (Colossal, Jumbo, Giant, etc…). The price will be determined when we get closer to picking. Cost is dependent on a few factors like the availability of fruit and pickers, but as always, we do our best to keep our prices as low as possible.
